As a retired member of the United States Armed Forces, I was looking to join a great organization like the one I was a part of for over 20 years. I was honored when I received the opportunity to work for the third-largest school district in the nation. Since my journey began with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) team, I have excelled in multiple areas in my professional and personal life. This organization shows true leadership, beginning from the top with our incredible board members and leading to our phenomenal superintendent.
