Our vision is to create a national community of education professionals through Patriots to Education. We will improve educational outcomes and provide job opportunities for transitioning service members, veterans, and their spouses in public schools, positively impacting communities and our nation.

Did you know that more than 300,000 positions in education, from bus drivers to security personnel, are unfilled across the country? American schools are experiencing severe shortages in all areas, especially in teaching opportunities, with an estimated 36,500 teaching positions still vacant.
We currently have established support in California, Nevada, and Florida. To get started in one of these states, follow the appropriate links in our menu under 'States'. Through those websites you’ll find contacts and resources that will connect you with our volunteers and partners or reach out through our contact page and we can help guide you.
Current State Presence
​​​We are currently expanding to new locations. PTE recruits nationwide and is planning to expand its services to school systems nationally by adding additional states as resources become available.
